3.2 Payment Terms

6. GUEST CONDUCT
6.1 General Conduct
All guests are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful to other guests, staff, and property. Any illegal or disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.
6.2 Pool and Bar Areas
Guests using the pool and bar areas do so at their own risk and agree to follow all safety instructions, rules, and guidelines provided by Sosua By The Sea. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
6.3 Restaurant and Common Areas
Guests are asked to maintain a respectful environment in our restaurant and other common areas. Please refrain from engaging in behavior that may disturb others.
7. LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS
7.1 Use at Own Risk
All facilities, including the pool and bar areas, are used at your own risk. While we maintain high safety standards, Sosua By The Sea is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising out of or related to the use of our facilities or services.
7.2 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sosua By The Sea shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your stay or use of our services.
7.3 Force Majeure
Sosua By The Sea shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is a result of acts of nature, government orders, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control.
8. PRIVACY POLICY
8.1 Personal Data

8.2 E-Ticket Information
If you are required to complete the Dominican Republic’s digital form (the “E-Ticket”), you acknowledge that the information provided is truthful and accurate, in compliance with local laws. We do not assume responsibility for any legal consequences or travel difficulties arising from incorrect or incomplete information.
9. E-TICKET REQUIREMENTS
9.1 Legal Obligation
As of September 1, it is mandatory to complete the digital E-Ticket form to enter and leave the Dominican Republic. This requirement is governed by laws 285-04, 115-17, 72-02, and 226-06.
9.2 Accuracy of Information
Each passenger must accurately complete the electronic form for migration, customs, and health authorities. Sosua By The Sea shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions that may lead to travel disruptions or penalties.
10. WEBSITE USE
10.1 Accuracy of Website Information
We strive to keep all information on our website up to date. However, errors or omissions may occur. We reserve the right to correct such information at any time without prior notice.
